Delivery

We deliver within the UK with Royal Mail Tracked. Choose at checkout:

Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, usually 2–4 working days: £2.25, or free on orders of £25 or more.
Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked, usually 1–2 working days: £3.75.

Parcels are limited to 3kg including packaging, so one order can hold up to 2.5kg of coffee.

Returns

Freshly roasted coffee can't be returned once it's been opened or ground for you, unless there's a problem.

If your coffee arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email bstrdcoffee@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
