We deliver within the UK. Every order ships for a flat £5.50, whether it's one bag or several, and arrives in up to 5 working days.

Returns

Freshly roasted coffee can't be returned once it's been opened or ground for you, unless there's a problem.

If your coffee arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email bstrdcoffee@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
